Limitation of Liability
ServiceMaster is an information intermediary platform. The administration does not employ specialists, does not guarantee work quality, and bears no responsibility for transactions, actions, or damages resulting from services ordered.

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy is compiled in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 and regulates the processing of personal data on the ServiceMaster platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

2. Collected Data

We process the personal data you voluntarily provide when registering or using the Service:

  • First name, last name, phone number, and location;
  • For Masters: professional category, photos of work, qualification certificates;
  • IP address, device data, cookies, and chat history.

3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively to connect Clients with independent Masters, send notifications, run Telegram bot updates, and improve Service quality.

4. Local Data Storage

In compliance with Article 27-1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data", all personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is processed and stored on physical servers located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Complete Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

The Service acts solely as an interactive bulletin board connecting Users. Under no circumstances shall the Service, its owner, or administration be liable for:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or timely execution of services provided by Masters;
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or financial losses arising from communications or transactions between Users;
  • The accuracy of personal details, reviews, or verification badges provided by Users.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or complete erasure of their personal data. To delete your profile, you can write to our Telegram support bot or adjust settings in your personal cabinet.
